Payment Methods

Ara Āto accepts the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Card: Including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron, Maestro enabled debit cards. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

Google Pay: A digital wallet platform and online payment system developed by Google to make online, in-app and tap-to-pay purchases; enabling users to make payments with Android phones, tablets or watches. To set up Google Pay, you can download the free mobile app available in the Google Play Store. 

Apple Pay: A mobile payment and digital wallet service by Apple Inc. that allows users to make payments in person, in iOS apps, and on the web. It is supported on the iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac. To set up Apple Pay on iPhone for example, simply add your debit, credit, and prepaid cards to "Wallet".

Taxes & Duties

Please note, all international orders may be subject to the local taxes, duties, etc. levied by the destination country when you receive your order. The customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. Please note, we are unable to cancel an order once it has already been shipped and is in transit (and/or in the case of made-to-order pieces if we have finished making the garment).

Price Adjustments

We're unable to offer price adjustments/price matching on items purchased at full price, that later go on sale.

Fraud Prevention

Orders identified and flagged by our systems as potential fraud may be cancelled for the following reasons: the billing address provided does not match the billing address registered on the card, IP address discrepancies, suspicious orders significantly higher than average transactions, multiple payment attempts and/or any other triggers to our system which indicate potential fraudulent activities. If this occurs, for security reasons, such orders may not be given a reason or notified before cancellation. This is a safety measure we take to protect our customers and prevent fraudulent orders.

Unable to complete an order?

Please check that you have correctly entered all the necessary data for your selected method of payment. If you are paying with a credit or debit card and you are asked to insert a one-time password, an SMS code, or an alternative authentication method in order to authorise the payment, please ensure that you have followed all of the instructions provided by your credit/debit card issuer.
If the problem still persists, we suggest contacting your credit/debit card issuer for clarifications and in the meanwhile to use an alternative payment method. If that still doesn't work and you need further assistance, please contact us at info@ara-ato.com and we will be more than happy to help.
